Robb and Andrea and their children, Jack (5) and Everly (18 months) have called International Falls home for just over a year and after an exhausting home search are settling into life in the Borderland.
Robb, a Detroit, MI native has taken a cross-country healthcare journey during his career. Despite offers, from three organizations, Robb took the CEO position at Rainy Lake Medical Center. He earned his nursing degree at Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, MI and continued his education by earning his business administration degree from Cleary University and his MBA from the University of Texas. In addition, Pastor has also earned his fellow certification with American College of Healthcare Executives.
Prior to moving to the area Robb and Andrea relocated from Platteville, WI, where Robb was the Chief Clinical Officer at Southwest Health. He was responsible for overseeing all clinical departments in the hospital. Andrea worked as the Health Information Management Director, Compliance and HIPAA Officer. She’s also currently working as the Director of Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives at Rainy Lake Medical Center. The couple has been working together for many years, first working together at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, MN. They have both had major success and were instrumental in helping to transform the organizations in which they worked.

In their spare time, the Pastors enjoy traveling, music, and film. They also love watching their son wrestle and play ice hockey.
